WOW seeks to provide its 170+ members the opportunity to learn about their community, support local charitable and civic activities, and socialize in an atmosphere of friendliness and goodwill. Aside from the luncheon meetings held monthly from September through May, WOW members are active in 19 clubs and activities throughout each month. In addition, several activities are planned where members can contribute their time and expertise or enjoy social outings with other members. Examples of these are day trips, fund raising activities and volunteering at our charity.

Hello Ladies.....
February reminds us that even in winter, our hearts are warmed by friendship and caring. As we celebrate Valentine’s Day this month, let us remember that love is found not only in romance, but also in kindness, laughter, and the strong bonds we share with one another.
Each of you brings wisdom, grace, and a spirit of friendship that makes our organization special. Your involvement and support mean more than words can express. Thank you for your generosity in supporting Eight Waves at our January Luncheon Treasure Sale.
Thank you for being part of our community. I look forward to another month of shared moments and meaningful connections. If you are looking to become more involved, consider joining International Dining, Happy Hour, or one of the Friday Card groups in the Orlando/Dr. Phillips area or Winter Garden. These groups are welcoming and happy to have beginners.
The February Luncheon is currently being arranged, and Jennie Reagan is planning a very fun program—one you won’t want to miss.

Thank you for inviting your friends to join WOW. We welcome our newest member, Amy McCabe, and invite her to join us in our many exciting activities. I invite you to follow us on Facebook. Renewals are now being accepted beginning in February for the upcoming 2026-27 year. Dues are still a bargain at $25.00 if paid by May 31, 2026. After that date a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed. You can pay your renewal fee by cash, check, or Zelle.
If you are a returning member, you do not need to fill out a new application form unless any of your contact information has changed. Please remember to let me know if you have any changes to the information in the directory.
I will have updated copies of the 2025-26 directories for you at the February luncheon. Happy Valentine's Day to all!
